Message	the rear of the IC chamber area not pull air in. The way KKrofft has them are the correct way, on the lower/inner side of the shield which would be pretty centers with the back of the IC and tabs bend outwards. As the wheel rotates it will create a vaccum, forcing air out of the vents which is what you want. "Wednesday's I host American Idol parties at my place.
